The racing season kicks off at Yorkshire’s ‘Garden Racecourse’, recently awarded the Best Small Racecourse in the North by the Racegoers Club.
The award, given by racegoing regulars who know their sport, follows a considerable programme of improvements to the racecourse’s bar facilities and the amenities in the Club Stand.
The first race of the day starts at 14:00, but arrive early to get a great spot.
Tickets are available online at www.ripon-races.co.uk up to 6 days prior to each event, or can be purchased at the gate on the day.
