We’re very excited to announce that Britain’s leading travel commentator, Simon Calder, will be writing an article for the new Whitby & North York Moors Holiday Guide 2012.

A popular and highly respected TV and radio broadcaster, Simon is also the Senior Travel Editor for the Independent. He regularly guests on BBC Breakfast News, ITV News, Sky News and Daybreak, having presented BBC2’s Travel Show and he also starred in BBC1’s Holiday programme.
This is a new direction for visitor guides, and we are excited to reveal that it is not the only new idea we will be introducing – watch this space for further details. And with Simon Calder on the cover, the Guide will stand out on the shelves and will be hughly popular with visitors planning to visit the area.
