To celebrate the Tour de Yorkshire coming to our fantastic City of York on Saturday 2nd May 2015, the New Ebor Street Feast & Family Festival has gathered some of Yorkshire’s finest international street food, with craft ales, artisan liquor, music & plenty of entertainment for all the family to enjoy, which will make the Tour de Yorkshire an event to remember for a long time to come. This takes place at York Knavesmire.
Food offering will include the 2014 Main Dish winner at the British Street Food Awards, Fish& – serving their excellent ‘surf & turf’ burgers, lobster mac & cheese and fish & chips with a twist! Also: The Cowboys – Smoke house BBQ ribs, brisket and hot links, Chaat Cartfresh vegetarian Chaart, inspired by the Chaart Wallahs of India, Las Paelleras Paella made fresh from locally sourced organic ingredients, Taking care of burgers Rare breed beef patty fused with secret ingredients served in a steamed brioche bun, StreatzaAuthentic Neapolitan wood fired pizza, Diamond DogsBrother’s pulled pork served in natural castings, smoked over English fruitwoods, Piggy Smalls North American Inspired classic slow cooked pulled Pork and last, but not least, The Donut Kitchen Serve fresh donuts with added dipping sauces and Pocklington’s Swirls Supplier of Award winning Yorvale ice cream and new Carte D’or range from Europe
There will be a comprehensive range of drinks available too: UK Bars will be on hand, serving from a selection of 16 locally sourced craft beers and ciders. Artisan liquor distillers Sloemotion’s Yorkshire Pimms will be plentiful, a host of cycling themed cocktails will be available from Speakeasy Libations and to help nourish and flourish the expectant crowds who will descend on York Racecourse on 2nd May, Gato Bianco Prosecco will all add to that touch of class.
As well as fantastic food and drink, there will be a great selection of music and entertainment to keep people of all ages completely engaged for the this very special celebratory day.

The Grand Old Uke of York, Louis Louis Louis, Leeds City Stompers, Soul Provision Dj Session, Dead Funky DJ collective, The Metermaids and Jonny Hick’s Jukejoint Allstars.
With a selection of Vintage fairground attractions plus fun rides, slides and castles to keep them happy all day, the kids will be kept well entertained.
