Pay a visit to a real haunted house … if you dare. Tread in the footsteps of restless spirits who still wander through the rooms of this 700 year old house down Stonegate, in York’s city centre, which is close to York Minster.

It has been heard that countless numbers of visitors have dared to enter and take the tour, only to feel the creepy, icy touch of invisible fingers and have heard eerie screechings from the attics above.

ITVs “Most Haunted” visited to film the programme and it’s been told that the crew ran out of the building screaming. What did they feel, hear or see?
