Monk Park Farm Visitor Centre is a ‘must visit’ for families. We’re located in Herriot Country, near Thirsk, North Yorkshire, bordering the North York Moors National Park.
Formerly a haven for Monks (hence the name) we have an extensive range of animals to see – Cows, calves, hens, peacocks, sheep, lambs, goats, pigs, donkeys, horses, ponies, deer, geese, ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, and the more unusual such as llamas, alpacas and wallabies.
The Ducks and Geese can be found by our lovely Lake. Once you’ve seen our animals enjoy our nature trail walk. Children who still have more energy to burn off can also enjoy pedalling around on our pedal cars and play in our fabulous Adventure Playground and Play Area.
