Pear Tree House Bed & Breakfast

Pear Tree House Bed & Breakfast has recently been refurbished to a high standard and offers first class guest accommodation. There are three bedrooms, one double with it’s own private shower room. The other two rooms are spacious and perfect for families as they both have a double bed. The Barn Room also has two single beds whereas the Gable Room has a sofa bed and both have luxury en suite facilities.

As we are a small bed and breakfast you can book out all three bedrooms and have full use of the guest lounge, which has a colour TV, DVD player and plenty of magazines and books, the dining room and in the warmer months use of the garden.

We are ideally located for those wishing explore the North York Moors whether you wish to go by car, or if you are a cyclist, walker or climber we have a secure store for bikes and drying facilities.
